As a general rule, parcels are sent within 48 hours after the receipt of the payment, through the courier company Correos without a tracking number and delivery without signature.
If you prefer a certified shipping, urgent shipping and/or any other courier company that might be available, the customer shall make it clear in the moment he/she makes up his/her mind on what his preferred option should be and, in this case, an additional charge will be applicable.
With the exception of ordinary shipping, we shall provide you with a link, so that you are able to track your order online.
The shipping expenses include handling and packaging, as well as the postal expenses. The handling expenses are fixed, while the shipping expenses may vary according to the total price of the parcel and its destination. We advise you to group all your articles in the same order, so that the shipping costs are not charged on an individual basis. Thus, only an extra 0.50 €, (or its equivalent in US$ or sterling pounds) will be charged for any additional item. All parcels will be remitted in such a way that the items will be effectively protected to prevent any damage. In the event an article should be damaged, you may contact us via email (info-@-alotcoins.com) in order to solve the matter in the shortest and best way possible.
The shipping expenses will be free provided the amount of the order is over 90 € (or its equivalent in US$ or sterling pounds). Such shipping will be made by registered post, thus guaranteeing the delivery and tracking of the products.
Pursuant to article 44 of the Law 7/1996, of 15th of January on Retail Commerce, the client has seven days to cancel his/her order.
In the event his/her order may have already been shipped, he/she will have to pay the shipping expenses deriving from this return. After having checked that the returned goods are in perfect condition, which involves not having opened the sealed packages, Alotcoins will proceed to the return of the amount paid.
Should the return happen as a consequence of faulty goods or shipping damage, the client may ask for a refund. In this case, the client shall not bear the shipping costs deriving from the return of the goods.
We strongly recommend that you check the integrity of all the goods before the carrier, so as to immediately detect any defect or damage, which will effectively simplify the return process.
In the event of the parcel having been sent by standard shipping, Alotcoins will not be held responsible for the loss or damages caused during the shipping.
