SHIPPING
Your order will be sent by a transport agency and the time to deliver it will be between 1 and 3 working days in Spain, and between 2 and 10 working days for the rest of Europe. It might occasionally take longer, depending on the area of delivery and or possible incidences that may arise. We will, at all times, keep the customer informed of the status of his order and estimation of the date of delivery, except in those made by mail.
The transport costs vary depending on the delivery area and the exact value will be shown in the shopping cart before completing your order.
Payment methods
The customer can choose between three methods of payment on our website.
- Credit or debit card: this method guarantees the fastest delivery, as the order is confirmed as the purchase is made.
- Paypal: This payment form involves a surchage on the order value and the exact value will be shown in the shopping cart before completing your order.
- Bank transfer: If you choose this method, you will be sent an email with Alotcoins´s bank details. This order will subsequently be sent upon confirmation of receipt of the deposit, which could take from 2 to 3 days, depending on the financial institution the bank transfer comes from.
RETURNS
Pursuant to article 44 of the Law 7/1996, of 15th of January on Retail Commerce, the client has seven days to cancel his/her order.
In the event his/her order may have already been shipped, he/she will have to pay the shipping expenses deriving from this return. After having checked that the returned goods are in perfect condition, which involves not having opened the sealed packages, Alotcoins will proceed to the return of the amount paid.
Should the return happen as a consequence of faulty goods or shipping damage, the client may ask for a refund. In this case, the client shall not bear the shipping costs deriving from the return of the goods.
We strongly recommend that you check the integrity of all the goods before the carrier, so as to immediately detect any defect or damage, which will effectively simplify the return process.
In the event of the parcel having been sent by standard shipping, Alotcoins will not be held responsible for the loss or damages caused during the shipping.
